2025 Harmar Days Festival Fun Scheduled

July 11, 2025

The Historic Harmar Bridge Company will be hosting their annual community celebration and fundraiser starting Friday, July 25th and carrying on through Saturday, July 26th and concluding on Sunday, July 27th in the Harmar Village of Marietta, Ohio.

Key highlights include: 10 food trucks, a Saturday morning cruise in, 14 local area bands, more than 25 craft vendors with live art demonstrations, and an ever-expanding kids zone located directly next to the adult beer garden! This year the festival will also be host to a Delorean for the weekend to match the 1985 theme of Back to the Future to honor the year the Historic Harmar Bridge Company purchased the Harmar Bridge. The cruise in, music and kids zone are all free to spectators. Multiple cooling locations will also be available to the public.

Along with the three day festival, the annual raffle drawing is also held on the final day of the festival weekend. This year’s prizes include: a 2023 Harley Davidson, a 2025 Bad Boy Side by Side, a 2025 Bad Boy 54” Zero Turn Mower, an Ebike Package, a 30” Smokin Brother’s Pellet Grill Package, and a Jackson Kayak package. The ticket price is $60 or $50 each if 2 or more tickets are purchased in the same transaction. Tickets can be purchased online at: saveharmarbridge.rallyup.com/hdf2025 or in person over the Harmar Days Festival Weekend. Winners need not be present to win.

The Harmar Days Festival has been an annual tradition in the heart of Harmar Village on Marietta’s West Side dating back to when the B&O Railroad Company still owned the Harmar Bridge back in the early 80’s. And while the event has grown and changed over the years, it has always remained the main fundraising source of operations for the Bridge Company. The HHBC uses funds raised over the festival weekend to maintain and upkeep the bridge, the rail cars, and the surrounding parks as well as apply for grants to adaptively reuse the Harmar Bridge. Recently, the Bridge Company was awarded a $950,000 Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Grant through the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) which will allow for construction to begin on the swingspan section of the bridge as early as 2027.

The Annual Harmar Days Festival is always held the last weekend in July.
